Cancellation Policy

a) To provide the highest level of service with top guides and guaranteed tour departures, cancellations and amendments may be subject to fees. The policy applies to all group and private tours listed and booked through the website bestandamandeal.com or Best Andaman Chennai Sales Office, Best Andaman Deal Head office in Port Blair, on a per person and per tour basis.

b) After confirming a holiday package, the passenger can cancel or amend their booking by sending an e-mail to us at reservations@bestandamandeal.com.

c) If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you should notify us or the travel agent with whom you made the booking, in writing. If you cancel the holiday, then we will charge the cancellation fees as set out in the table above under (Cancellation Charges). Best Andaman Deal shall remain within its rights to forfeit the non-refundable deposit amount paid to confirm the booking to recover the scale of cancellation charges set by our suppliers. The cancellation schedule will be calculated from the time of receiving the notification in writing.

d) Cancellation fees may also apply for any additional services, including extra night accommodations, independent services provided by Best Andaman Deal, and optional excursions reserved before, during, and after the tour.

e) For any cancellations in flight bookings, Best Andaman Deal will follow the respective flight terms and conditions. Similarly, for any cancellations in the Holiday package bookings, Best Andaman Deal will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel, land, Sea service providers involved in the booking process.

f) In the event that the tour is canceled by our local associate, cancellation if any will be applicable as per the discretion of our local associate. In the event, if the passenger misses a pre-booked group or private tour, no refund will be applicable and rescheduling may not be possible. Any additional cost of rescheduling, if possible, will need to be borne by the traveler directly on tour.

g) In the event of a natural calamity or unprecedented political unrest or any reasons beyond the control of the Best Andaman Deal including Force Majeure/Vis Major if any changes need to be done in the Holiday package, refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of relevant service providers.

h) If, in any case, Best Andaman Deal is unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, the liability in all cases will be limited to the cost of travel arrangements.

i) No refunds will be provided for unused transportation mentioned in the itinerary for voluntary modifications made by the traveler.

j) Passengers not using the transfers included in the package will not be given a cash equivalent or reduction/ concession in their tour package.

k) No partial refunds or credits will be provided for any unused services on the tour.

l) The above-mentioned Terms have a standard cancellation policy and may differ from package to package and period of travel. They may also differ from airline to airline depending on the airline used for booking and also destination to destination. Please check and understand the cancellation policies specific to the Holiday package you are booking.

m) As the services to be provided are booked several months in advance, cancellation of such services marked for a particular departure, results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of cancellation provided by the Supplier. Therefore, any cancellation of the tour/services booked will attract cancellation charges as specified by the company. If you book a third-party product or service, the Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of such a third party would be applicable in addition to the Company's Terms and Conditions. Any cancellation of tours/services has to be in writing clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the foregoing terms.

n) The Company reserves the right to cancel any Tour before the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an event, all monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian currency (Rupees) only, but no compensation will be payable. In the case of Cruise cancellations, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited, irrespective of the time of cancellation. The company cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and/or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.

o) For us to run each tour, there must be a minimum number of passengers who book. If the minimum number of people do not travel for a specific date, we may cancel the tour for that date. If we cancel because there are not enough passengers, we will refund the full amount you have paid to us in respect of the tour (for services rendered by us). Best Andaman Deal reserves the right to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary, or cancel a tour without incurring any liability to pay any compensation. Best Andaman Deal cannot be held responsible for any cost which you incur as a result of cancellation due to lack of passenger participation.

p) Should you wish to cancel a holiday and re-book this will be subject to the cancellation terms within these booking conditions. If the alternative booking requires a greater deposit than has already been paid then the balance between what is required as a deposit and any deposits already paid becomes due.

q) The following cancellation charges shall apply irrespective of the reason for cancellation. Do understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the damages that we will suffer on account of cancellation and that these damages are called 'liquidated damages' in legal language, which are payable without proof of actual damages. You agree not to dispute such deductions or to demand proof of actual damages when you make any cancellation

r) Best Andaman Deal reserves the right to change/modify or cancel your travel arrangements at any point in time.

s) In case your travel arrangements are affected by bad weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances, Best Andaman Deal will try its best to provide alternate dates for the package if the holiday hasn't already begun.

t) In the event that a customer is unable to travel on the tour originally booked by him/her, due to rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the said customer shall have the option to postpone his/her tour to any other future date or transfer his tour to any other tour and in such case, the transfer fee for the transfer of the tour shall apply. However, if the customer books and pays within the cancellation period and is unable to travel due to any reason whatsoever including non-availability of visas or any travel documents, the cancellation policy will apply.

u) A transfer from one tour to another before the departure of the originally booked tour will be treated as a cancellation of the original tour and would attract the cancellation charges as stated hereunder and a fresh booking will have to be made at the available rates.

v) Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, his booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.

w) If a client avails pre-tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (cost of which is included in the main tour cost) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as 'no show’ and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.

Cancellation Charges:

21.1.a)All cancellations must be in writing and the Travel Agent or Guest needs to ensure they receive a cancellation confirmation for the specific booking. All bookings are subject to the Cancellation Policy with the balance payable 16 days before the date of the Tour.

21.1.b)The Cancellation charges for All Andaman Island’s, Holiday Included Packages are as per the table given:

*In some cases if Air tickets are blocked/issued on special fare then cancellation charges levied by the airline, over and above the charges as mentioned in the table hereinabove shall be borne by the guest.

Cancellation charges for All Andaman Island’s, Holiday Included Packages (Except Accommodations Bookings) are as per the table given:

21.1.d) The above cancellations charges as per table above are exclusive of Air Tickets fare if the package includes Airline Tickets Purchase, The Cancellation charges and Amendment Charges of Air Ticket is as per Particular Airline company cancellation policy

Refunds:

a) The company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour due to Force Majeure or Vis Major. Such a refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of and charges levied by independent Contractors (like hoteliers, airlines, coach operators, Cruise/ Ferry, etc)., and the decision of the company on the quantum of refund shall be final.

b) In case the Customer travels on an amended tour or amended itinerary, the legal relationship between the parties shall not change only by virtue of the amendment. The Customer opting to continue with the tour arrangements as altered or amended shall be borne additional charges if any arise during or before the tour for any given reason or even due to reasons beyond the control of the Best Andaman Deal including Force Majeure/Vis Major.

c) It would take at least 15 working days to process refunds.

d) There are no refunds payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g. Airline tickets, Meals, Cruise/ferry Entrance Fees, Optional Tour, Hotel, Sightseeing, etc.

e) The refund for the foreign exchange component of the tour will be in INR only and will be at the prevailing day’s rate of exchanges of the company.

f)Third Party refund i.e. airlines, cruise, ferry, overseas suppliers could take between 30-90 working days, provided relevant support is provided to the Company.

g)If a tour is canceled by the Best Andaman Deal, then all monies will be refunded after taking into consideration the actual expenses incurred for Visas, etc.

h) Under no circumstances whatsoever shall the Operator be liable to refund the non-refundable interest-free deposit whether the booking gets canceled due to failure of the customer to make payment as required or the Customer cancels the booking due to his inability to join the tour as per schedule or avail of the services in whole or in part for whatsoever reason including an absence of valid documents, medical grounds or death.

i) The Customer understands and agrees that there shall be no refund if he does not utilize any service included in the Package Cost or paid for like meals, rooms, entry tickets, excursions, etc. nor can any refund be made for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel tickets or vouchers

j) No liability on the part of Best Andaman Deal in any way out of this contract in respect to your holiday, tour, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the same and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.

Amendments:

a) After confirming the holiday package booking, passengers can amend/change their booking like travel dates, accommodation category, or travel arrangements by sending an e-mail to us at reservations@Best Andaman Deal.com or by calling us at 03192- 244050.

b) For any amendments/change in flight bookings, Best Andaman Deal will follow the respective flight terms and conditions. Similarly, for any amendments and changes in the holiday package/Tour, Best Andaman Deal .com will follow the cancellation policy of the hotel and the land & other service providers involved in the booking process.

c) A service amendment fee may be chargeable once the booking is confirmed. The amendment fee varies as per the travel arrangement service.

d) We can allow a maximum of two amendments per individual booking. The administration charges stated above will apply for each amendment subject to approval. More than two changes are not possible and it will be considered as a cancellation for which cancellation charges will apply as per the policy.

e) If you want to replace any individual in your booking after confirmation, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement. Best Andaman Deal cannot take any responsibility for introducing another individual to replace the original tour participant.

f) Any change and subsequent re-change back to the original non-amended booking will be deemed as a change(s) and no refund, discount and or compensation will be due for such eventualities.

g) No amendment requzxests will be accepted 14 days before the departure.
h) Any changes or amendments will void any discounts, Offers, or Deals given at the time of the original booking. Note: Certain travel arrangements (e.g. airlines Tickets, Cruise Tickets) may not be changeable after a reservation has been made and any alteration request could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part and, or all of the arrangements.

i) All costs incurred due to amendment of any of the above issues, will be borne by the individual himself/herself.
